I have 15+ years of experience driving revenue growth at the highest levels. Ranging from building sales organizations (a personal favorite) to being the first to take a startup SAAS to market. My entire career has been at the intersection of demand generation, corporate development, and major accounts. I have often worn hats that may look different (sourcer, recruiter, founder, investor, etc) but the role is always the same, source growth.
Skills
I am an expert in research architecture and pattern recognition. This means sourcing, for me, goes far beyond simply using Linkedin or ZoomInfo. I take the time to not only uncover the prospects that most miss, but I have the tact to reach out, break through the noise, and cultivate interest in a way that puts mission and culture front and center. Finding clients is easy, finding clients that become brand ambassadors and friends, is the art.
Career highlights
I have worked for large companies (AT&T, Google, Apple, etc.) as well as startups so small that I was sourcing the actual co-founders. I helped source and build the team that resulted in the Gulfstream G650 and Apple ear pods. I helped scale Chewy to one of the largest E-commerce acquisitions ever. I built the core engineering and go-to-market teams for over 20 startups resulting in billions of dollars in enterprise value, two major exits, and three IPOs.
After all that. My biggest career highlight and what keeps me going is and will always be... 'What's next?'

Founder, Manning + Co — 2019-PRESENT
After I sold PeopleOps in 2019, I developed a sourcing as a service platform that I grew to 1.2M in sales its first year (named Wells), I have also acted as CorpDev, go-to-market, and business development lead for several portfolio and partner companies:
Workboard: (SAAS/OKR): Built a team of 3 Sourcers to handle over 60 hires in 2021 and build the Go to market, accounts based marketing, and product marketing team personally.
GIO World (Stem Cell Therapy): Worked with founding team and investment bank to source across core executive and globalization team spanning both operations and finance.
Elation Health (EHR/Health Tech): Sourced across engineering, customer success, and product.
KDT Ventures (BioTech VC): Elegen.Bio (BioTech) + Remedy Robotics: Worked with talent team to build souring function and provide sourcing across sales, engineering, and manufacturing (biotech), and operational roles.
Capella Space: Hardware Engineering that has TS/SCI clearance capabilities.
Big Fish Games / Pixel United: (Gaming) Built a team of 3 Sourcers to handle sourcing for all of BFGs and Pixel United’s digital platforms.

Lucid Software: (SAAS) 2-year, ongoing sourcing assignment supporting Sales, Design, and Engineering.
FOUNDER, PEOPLEOPS — 2008-2019
I spent over a decade building high-performance sourcing campaigns for companies like Google, Apple, Disney, Intersection, Sidewalk Labs, RMS, BioLite, A16z, Anki, and dozens of venture-backed startups all over the world. Sold PeopleOps in Aug. 2019.
Highlights:
Built the North American and global sales team for BEA Systems (acquired by Oracle)
Build the North American Sales + Sales Engineering team for Juniper Networks.
Sold service contracts to Google, Apple, Disney, A16z, and more holding a consistent million dollar plus book for over 10 years.
