How we work and who we help

At our core, Manning + Company is a sourcing-as-a-service firm focused on helping leaders find the individuals or solutions they need to address any problem.

Often, the 'sourcing' resembles an executive search, a go-to-market campaign, or an intermediary if we're putting on our capital markets hat. In all cases, though, it's really just sourcing.

Basically, we partner with Founders, Executives, Leaders, and Professionals we like and trust, helping them 'find' (the finding is the sourcing part) whatever they are looking for. A key hire, a new opportunity, a new client, a new partner, a new vendor, a new investor, and the list goes on and on, and so does our partnership.

We have about two and a half decades of experience in Sales/GTM, two decades of experience in executive search/talent sourcing, and a tad over 10 years of experience in private equity.
