Manning & Company is seeking a driven and dedicated Client Delivery Lead to join our growing team. As our Client Delivery Lead, you will be the main point of contact and accountable for day-to-day interaction and delivery for up to 10 key client accounts. This is a full-time remote role that can be done from anywhere in the United States.
Responsibilities:
Serve as lead point of contact for up to 10 key client accounts
Oversee delivery and interaction for assigned client requests and projects
Provide excellent customer service and develop trusted advisor relationships
Create proposals and scopes of work for client requests
Assemble project teams and resources to fulfill client needs
Oversee project timelines, budgets, risk management, and quality control
Give support and direction to direct report(s) on client accounts
Travel occasionally to client sites (up to 25% travel)
Submit weekly status reports on client projects and account progress
Requirements:
5+ years in a client services or account management role
Ability to juggle multiple client projects simultaneously
Strong communication and presentation abilities
Organized and detail-oriented with ability to prioritize
Comfortable being the face of the company to clients
Resourceful problem solver able to operate with autonomy
Bachelor's degree required
