Job Description - Project Leader

The Project Leader will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and driving the high-quality growth of the startup management consulting and growth firm. The Project Leader should have a strong track record of success in project management, business development, and client service.

The Project Leader will be responsible for:

  • Leading the project team in the delivery of projects, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed correctly, on time, and on budget

  • Working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop appropriate strategies to meet those needs

  • Developing and managing relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders

  • Developing and managing project plans and budgets

  • Analyzing data and making recommendations to improve performance

  • Developing and managing growth strategies for the firm

  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws

  • Mentoring and developing team members

The Project Leader should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, business development, and/or client service

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience working with startups and/or consulting firms preferred

  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations preferred
