For almost two decades I have sourced for leaders, founders, hiring managers, and TA leaders that I am happy to still call friends. For me, sourcing is personal. I do not outsource (I tried, didn’t work) and I am convinced that the more pervasive AI gets the more value high-touch sourcing will bring.
I work on a flat hourly contract or by the search (retained) and I plug in just like I am one of the team.
